No matter where you are in the world the autumn and winter months bring about harvest, incubation, and retreat of some kind where we commune and celebrate togetherness through the ceremony, ritual, and tradition. During the seasonal change, we at CHANDANNI.COM invite our friends and family to cleanse—safely—and give our bodies and minds a break from our usual grind and lifestyle habits. Our 14 DAY AYURVEDIC LIVER CLEANSE is a unique seasonal retreat that resets not only the liver but the entire body through a simple process of elimination. It’s a funny thing cleansing. It is so transforming yet many people either resist it or go to extreme measures to starve their body or fast entirely. In Ayurveda we only fast under very particular conditions, recognizing that the body needs fuel and nourishment to function optimally. We don’t want to deplete or shock our bodies when we are cleansing. The CHANDANNI AYURVEDA LIVER CLEANSE restores the body effectively and efficiently by ridding it of toxins in the liver while nourishing and healing it throughout the process. REMEMBER CLEANSING ONLY WORKS WELL WHEN DONE INTELLIGENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY EVOLVE –Enough about cleansing. Let’s talk about preparing to put on fancy jumpers, winter coats, and funky hats. We love when the seasons change because it also becomes an opportunity to change the way we live, dress and design our lifestyle. HERE’S ONE OF MY FAVORITE OSHO EXCERPTS ON LIFE’S FLOW AND CHANGE:“Life is experience, and not theory. It needs no explanation. It is there in all its glory, just to be lived, enjoyed, delighted in. It is not a riddle, it is a mystery. A riddle is something which can be solved, a mystery is something which can never be solved. A mystery is something you can become one with, you can dissolve into it, you can melt into it – you yourself can become mysterious. This is the difference between philosophy and religion. Philosophy thinks that life is a riddle, you have to solve it, find explanations, theories, doctrines. Philosophy thinks that there is going to be some answer, that life is a question mark and one has to work hard at it. Of course, if you take life as a question mark, your effort becomes intellectual. The very assumption that life is a question leads you to more and more intellectual efforts, and in search of an answer, you decide upon theories.
‘Religion says that to take life as a question is basically false. It is not a question – it is there, with no question mark. It is there as an open secret; it is an invitation. You have to become a guest, you have to move into it. It is ready and welcoming, don’t fight with it! It is not a question, don’t try to solve it! It is not a riddle. Come and become one with it, and you will know it. The knowing will come from your totality, not from the intellect. Intellect is a partial effort, and life needs you to be total with it, to flow with it, so one with it that you cannot feel what is what, you cannot feel where you end and where life begins. The whole of life becomes you, the whole of you becomes life. This is what salvation is. It is not a solution, it is a salvation.” Check Our products here natural beauty cosmetics

It’s important to remain grateful for where we are at in our lives—to celebrate small successes as well as big ones. The experience of sadness helps us heal, evolve and trust that no matter what the circumstance, we can always find a way forward. During this time of political unrest in a divided nation, it is a great opportunity to take care of our personal lifestyle choices. Our lifestyle choices shape our reality, moment to moment. This can not be repeated enough.
We are always in a place to re-construct, re-design, re-evaluate and restore ourselves physically and emotionally. Our greatest strength is our ability to acknowledge and witness our vulnerability—to harness it for growth and ingenuity on all accounts. Life is incredibly personal. It’s an experiment—a quest—to repair, restore, and overcome challenges with fluidity and ease. Let the simple choices of your life lead you to great places. The action is revolutionary in itself. Taking action to take care of ourselves and our lives from simple, practical measures is instrumental to change. Positive change. On a lighter note, we are so pleased to have been awarded the SOPHIE ULIANO GORGEOUSLY GREEN BEAUTY AWARDS for our SKINCARE AND WELLNESS PRODUCTS. They promote wellness and radiance and very beneficial to include in your daily diet regimen. Incorporate it into one shake or beverage a day and feel the difference in daily life. Let food be your medicine. Let food nourish you and elevate you. I’m a firm believer that it is not how much we eat but rather what we eat. Our blend is great as a smoothie or hot drink. Just add a nut milk like Almond or Coconut and some maple syrup to taste. It is delicious! Maca, a vitamin-B-rich Peruvian powder, known to help with osteoporosis, fertility, depression and menstrual problems, that boosts the immune system providing a powerful, caffeine-free energy boost. We hope you are nourished and satiated with inspiration and wellness in these coming months! Ayurveda is the natural healing science of life from India. It dates back over five thousand years and is the grandmother of all healing modalities. Both allopathic and alternative. In the twenty first century Ayurveda is more prevalent and more urgent than ever. With our diverse and numerous cultures, we have access to so much in our world today. Ayurveda is a living science that recognizes the individual as a complete and unique organism with a specific architecture and purpose. This means that each one of us, no matter who we are, or where we are from have certain potentials, characteristics and acumen. When we recognize our individual, unique state of balance and inherent functioning we can move continuously into a state of integrated whole health in order to live fully and achieve these parameters of possibility. Being balanced and healthy is at the forefront of Ayurveda. To move continuously from a state of imbalance to balance. It is a science that recognizes the deep connectivity of all living things with respect to laws that govern the universe. It establishes it's basic understanding by the five elements in our world, fire, water, ether, air and earth. When we come to understand the subtle and gross pinnings of how incredibly powerful these elements play into our lives and existence itself, we can fall into a natural understanding and harmony within our world and evolve beyond all perceived limitations. Ayurveda deals with understanding that inherently the world is empty and meaningless and through ritual, ceremony and culture we bring meaning and purpose to it. We define the temperature and the texture of how we create this world with the raw materials at hand. Everything is based on energy and the properties of energy, including the juxtaposition of energy with respect to inertia. Ayurveda does not leave anything out and recognizes every aspect of life as the definitive experience of what is manifest. When we move continuously into a state of integrated whole health and move back into balance again and again we are thrust into a state of harmony and continual transformation. It is as vast as the universe, the potential of each of our individual evolution and it can defy all outer limitations like race, age, economic background or culture. It is groundbreaking as it brings all facets and aspects into one common ground of cause and effect, practice and deliberation. I have dedicated my life to the existential practice and investigation of Ayurveda not only within my own life, but the life of others within the world. The practice of integrated whole health is the single most urgent and accessible revolution we have access to today. Becoming again and again more aware, more connected and more aligned is the birthright of every human being. Ayurveda recognizes this and offers this to all. Us as a people, the earth, the economy, our cultures, compassion, imbalance, balance, injustice, justice, these are all a signature and design first and foremost from the state of the self. The architecture and actions of the self-reflect our world state today. Bringing the being or the situation back to harmony, balance and whole health. It is all in the small acts and actions we undergo. It is all about our life and lifestyle choices. Moment to moment, day to day. When we recognize this, everything changes, for the better, immediately. Read More: Organic Natural Skincare Products |
